Shipping Info

Curious about what happens after you place your order? We sort, prep, weigh, package, and book a courier to come and collect it moments after payment is received. We coordinate with a variety of carriers to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible, straight to your door.

Orders with equipment usually dispatch same day if ordered before 1PM. Orders containing ingredients that require extra handling (e.g. bespoke grain orders or recipe kits) need an extra day. If you're needing something urgently, please get in touch and we'll do what we can to get it there promptly.

Please note certain services may be delayed or unavailable depending on demands on the courier network as a result of weather, restrictions, etc. If your shipment is delayed outside of these standard times for whatever reason, we will contact you and offer you the option of a full refund.

Finally, if we receive an order but do not receive payment within 7 working days (and do not receive communication around a delayed payment), we'll cancel your order and return the stock to our inventory.

Pick-ups Welcome

Swing by to grab your ingredients and gear at our Tawa location. We're primarily an online store and are often fulfilling orders, brewing, or out making deliveries so please call in advance to arrange a time.

Wellington Local Delivery

Free if order is above $75. If you're within the Wellington local area (determined by post code at checkout) you're eligible for next day delivery if ordered by 1pm (excluding Sundays). Flat rate $8. *Our track record for next day delivery exceeds 99%, however courier mishaps do happen - if you're in dire need of the supplies let us know and we'll do what we can to make sure it's there on time.

Nationwide Delivery - Standard

Free if order is above $150 - Shipping and handling on standard nationwide service is $8 for packages with a shipping weight up to 8kgs, $12 for everything over. This service is often there next day, very rarely longer than three days later. *Exclusions apply for bulky items or rural, Waiheke, Chatham, Great Barrier, and Stewart Islands.

Nationwide Delivery - Rural

Shipping to a rural address is $12 for packages with a shipping weight up to 8kgs, $18 for everything over. It normally takes 2-4 business days. *Exclusions apply for bulky / heavy items.

Waiheke Island

Shipping to Waiheke Island is $35 for packages with a shipping weight up to 8kgs, $39 for everything over. It normally takes 3-5 business days.

Chatham Island

Shipping to Chatham Island is $26 for packages with a shipping weight up to 1kg and an additional $4 per kg after. It normally takes 3-5 business days.

Great Barrier Island

Shipping to Great Barrier Island is $44 for packages with a shipping weight up to 8kgs and $48 for everything over. It normally takes 3-5 business days.

Stewart Island

Shipping to Stewart Island is $12 for packages with a shipping weight up to 8kg and $18 for everything over. It normally takes 3-5 business days.
