Payments & Returns

You've hemmed and hawed and are ready to buy those high quality ingredients for your next brew, or that flashy stainless steel tap system to pour that perfect pint, but you're wondering, "How do I pay? What if it's broken or I don't like it, how easy is it to return?" Find those answers here!

Payment

Once you place your order, you'll receive an invoice with payment instructions. Payment is due at time of purchase, and we cannot process the order until it's received.

 

Currently we're accepting payment by bank transfer and credit card payments using Stripe. All prices are in NZD and include GST.

Paying with Credit Card using Stripe

We now accept payment via credit card using Stripe.  Most credit cards are accepted.

Our Promise to You

Lifetime no-quibbles returns with no restocking fees: If you're regretting your purchase and

  • the packaging is still intact

  • the item has not been used (e.g. it is still in a "new" condition)

send it back to us and we'll restock it without any fee, refunding your purchase minus any shipping costs.

*Unfortunately this does not apply to brewing ingredients.

If your item is received broken or in poor condition, we will organize a replacement.

Due to their nature of being processed and packed fresh for each order, all ingredient sales are final.

If anything about your order is not to your satisfaction, please let us know and we will do what we can to remedy it. Our main goal is to provide quality and value in everything we do - this applies to your experience as well, and we take this seriously.
