This reducer is suitable for any 9.5mm (3/8") OD line to 8mm (5/16") OD Hosing (such as the EVABarrier 8mm (5/16") Double Wall Beer / Gas Line we supply). This also works with straight stem fittings or pipe, enabling a push fit way to connect line to cooling coils, flow control devices, etc.
 
It's important to cut your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal - we highly recommend grabbing an inexpensing  Tube / Line Cutter for the job. To detach the fitting simply push in the collet and remove the hose. This fitting is suitable to be used up to 100 psi.
